Champions for Children Conference
The Children’s Cove Champions for Children Conference is an informative and innovative multidisciplinary conference offering workshops presented by many nationally recognized experts in the field of child abuse, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, domestic violence, trafficking and exploitation, and prevention.
The conference is conducted for the sole purpose of providing training to only those people who work directly with child victims of crime, whose intent is to help children in their healing process, and who are employed by governmental and nonprofit agencies in the fields of law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, social work, children’s advocacy, therapy, probation and medicine. Those who do not work in the fields stated above, may not attend the training unless the respective company is supporting the conference through sponsoring or exhibiting.
