Professional Training

The Children’s Cove Training and Outreach program aids in recognizing, reporting, and responding to the prevention of child sexual abuse. This program offers free training to multiple collateral agencies including law enforcement, emergency medical services, private and public schools, local colleges and any professional agency requesting outreach services across the Cape & Islands.

Children’s Cove is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of those individuals and agencies who work with children. As a central resource for information and technical assistance, we offer a broad array of educational opportunities for agencies, organizations and the community, including:

Participants will learn about medical response services provided at Children’s Cove, the Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Exam, and how our focus on healthiest medically evident outcome.

Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children
